Todd Dorsey brings over twenty years of experience in wireline telephony, wireless technology, managed network services, call center management support, and incident communications.   Todd’s roles include leading teams supporting disaster recovery, project management, software implementation, and complex network issue resolution.  These roles have centered on business-to-business enterprises ranging in size from small businesses to fortune 500 corporations.

Throughout his corporate technology background, writing and communications has been an integral part.  He has been a full-time technology writer since 2019.  Todd graduated with departmental honors from Webster University with a BA in Business and Marketing.
